My Fab Finds from my junkin trip Sunday in PA

I was having a craving and needed to go junkin so we went to Leighty's in Dewery PA just an hour from home. It's a 29 acre outside flea market full of the most fab wonderful rusty, chippy, vintage finds!
Some of my favorite vendors were not there this week we were expecting thunderstorms but they didn't arrive until after we found some fun finds. Thank you Mother Nature!
Then we headed over to the Antique Depot which has some fab antiques inside but outside they have tons of vendors on Sunday's and we found a few more fun things.
Please excuse my junk room it is a room that I am setting up to do tag sales from my home so it is a bit out of sorts right now.
I unloaded my fab finds and took a few pictures I have worked on a few projects for this room as well as my new Primitive corner I am setting up at a shop down the street.
So here goes bear with me.
Yep I told you it was a mess YIKES!
But look at all the fab finds
An old wood rocker, wooded ladder, some black ladder back chairs with no seats, watering can, rolling pin, a wooden tool carrier, wood crates, half gallon mild bottles and the old holder.
And some other things brought to my house over the last week since I closed my shop with a ton of overhead to open up my new Primitive corner with no overhead I am loving that!

Wooden tool box full of vintage goodies.

I have plans for this wonderful old wooden rocker.

My first project sorry I didn't take a before picture it had some water damage so I sanded it and painted it country black got out the sander and distressed it a bit and used some paste wax to give it a soft finish.

One of the fab seat less black ladder back very sturdy chairs oh did I have plans for these so I worked on one while I watched the news on the Hurricane Irene that is heading up the east coast right at us YIKES.

I am going to weave a seat for this using some homespun fabrics. I seen one at a country store and they sold for 5 times what I paid for this chair.

This is fun!

The yellow brightens it up a bit.

OK time to get back to work I have the rocker painted black and it will get a distressing.
Need some material for the other Ladder back and start working on my display at the shop and the tag sale here at my house.
Having a small tag sale at my daughter-in-laws this weekend first.
Thanks for stopping by hope you will come back and see some of the other projects I complete and my set up don't forget to leave me a comment.
I am back doing what I love junk hunting and re-purposing my finds for sale I am not a sit behind a counter gal.
Stay safe east coast we have a long weekend ahead of us!
